The girl was accompanied by her father and walking towards the same hotel where Aidil is staying. As she entered, Mother holds Aidil’s hand. Mother is proud to have Aidil as a son. She’s thankful for Aidil’s sacrifice that Adam is now repent. Mother wants the best for Aidil and believes Aidil will get it someday. Aidil smiled, understood his mother’s
words, glanced at the girl. Mother asked Adam to let go of everything and let Nur go. Adam said he won’t do it unless Nur asked for it herself. He’s still hopeful. Adam received a letter from Nur who wrote she’d forgiven him and asked him to forgive her too. She realized that she’s not a perfect wife and gave him her consent to find her replacement. Adam replied for him, Nur is his everlasting wife. He finishes his letter with a prayer.

Adam and Nur became even closer than ever and he shared his dream with Nur wanting to start a new life together, surrounded by children’s laughter. Nur’s heart which was once broken, who rejected love, finally admits that she too has feelings for the man she called husband. Aidil advised Adam not to hurt Nur’s feelings again. If he really wants Nur back, do it sincerely. But Nur discovers Adam has another wife, Katrina. Katrina pleaded to Nur not to take her  husband. She said Adam only wanted children, that’s all. He doesn’t love Nur, as much as he loves Katrina. Nur was hurt again and left KL. Adam scolded Katrina for hurting Nur. Katrina asked, must she simply let other woman take her husband away from her? Adam confessed Nur is his first wife. Katrina felt her world crumbling down and what she’d believed all this while was all lies…She ran away, and left Adam.

In tears, Nur apologized to Mother and saw Adam tearful and Aidil smiled in sorrow. She later reluctantly joined them for dinner and said she had to leave soon. Adam said Nur didn’t have to run away when she sees him. It’s not his intention to chase her. If her heart could accept him, he’ll be by her side and if she rejects him he’ll wait for her. Nur was saddened but felt so afraid that she’ll be hurt by him again. Adam asked forgiveness for all the mistakes he’d done to her. Adam said if Nur’s heart wishes, he would like to walk to Masjidil Haram with her. Nur declined. Adam disappointed but content. Aidil saw that and spoke to Nur that she is fated to be with Adam. He cried silently thinking of his sacrifices. Mother prayed to God, “Give happiness to my son Aidil who’d sacrificed so much and grant him a wife’s true love.” Once Mother’s teardrops touched the ground, Aidil’s vision struck at the posture of a girl clad in pilgrim’s attire her glowing eyes pierced Aidil’s heart.

A year later, Nur is now working in Mecca as an agent managing Malaysian pilgrimage. She is calm, enjoys living alone and has learned to forget Adam. In one of her trips, she hears a voice giving salaam and replied. Adam standing in front of her. A new Adam in ihram and shaved hair almost unrecognisable. Nur greeted him nicely, happy that he was summoned to set his feet in the Holy Land. Adam invited Nur over to the hotel where he’s staying, Nur rejected politely. Her heart has closed for Adam. Adam pleaded for his mother’s sake who knows the truth. She has requested to see her. Nur’s confused. She felt like running away. She recalled her employer’s advice, Ummu Majid whom she treats like her foster mother. She said, problems can’t be solved by running away. Settle it nicely. Aidil came to see Nur, also to convey his mother’s wish to meet her. Nur agreed and asked for forgiveness. Nur tells him she does not want Adam there but Aidil wants Nur to know that Adam has really changed this time.

Nur started work in an architect firm. After a few weeks, she discovered Adam was her new boss. Nur wanted to resign, but Adam stopped her. If Nur hates him, he’s willing to leave. Nur was surprised, why Adam’s not the same as before? Nur decided to resume her work. Adam gradually attracted to his wife more than ever. His relationship with Katrina was falling apart at the same time. Katrina wanted to be pampered by her husband, but Adam kept on avoiding her.  Adam started to pray again. Katrina was confused. Where is the husband that she’d married gone to? Who’s the Muslim guy who wanted her to dress proper and peform the prayers? Katrina felt even more depressed. Even though they tried to avoid each other, Nur and Adam couldn’t help it when they were sent to inspect a project site in a holiday resort.  They got closer there…

Aidil told Adam that it was unfair for him to emerge now and hope to reunite with Nur, especially when he’s now married to another, Katrina! Adam admits that he needed Nur as his life has gone astray. He told Aidil that he’d lost his baby. Aidil pitied his plight, he wants Adam to repent, but he’s afraid to lose Nur again. Nur relayed to Aidil that she’s
confused, Aidil told her to follow her heart. Sarah saw them talking, and felt jealous. Adam asked Nur for the second time, but Nur replied the same. No. Nur said maybe it’s not the time to tell Mother the truth yet, but that didn’t mean she’ll take him back. She has a job offer in KL and she’ll continue her life as before without Adam. Meanwhile Katrina wondered what’s happening. Adam came and took her to KL to start a new life together there. Katrina asked when can she meets his family. Adam replied, “in due time.”

Adam emailed to Aidil that he is coming home, but Aidil missed his email and only read a few days later. As soon as he’d read the e-mail Aidil rushed home to prevent Adam from telling his mother the truth. Aidil told Adam what happened after he’d left, and pleaded so that Adam will keep the secret for the time being. Adam introduced his wife
Katrina to Aidil. Aidil was shocked, but still have a smile. The same day, Nur went home wanting to confess to her father. Nur was surprised upon hearing that from her sister Sarah, Adam is at his mother’s place. Nur headed to Adam’s house puzzled why Adam wanted to continue with the charade. Adam asked Nur to give him a chance to redeem himself.

Adam is now a successful architect, but started to feel the emptiness within. He was jubilant when Katrina got pregnant as that could fill the emptiness he felt. Unfortunately, they were involved in a serious accident and the baby died. Adam was indicted for drunk driving, and was sentenced to 3 months jail. Katrina was pronounced unable to conceive again. Nur graduated, while Aidil tried to contact Adam wanting him to release Nur from the irritable pointless marriage, but Adam couldn’t be traced. 3 months in jail, Adam thought about his journey drifting in life. Once freed, Adam decided to go back to Malaysia, Katrina who’s sad after losing her baby, agreed.

Nur never got socially distracted as she realised that she is still married. Others labelled her as arrogant, but Nur didn’t care, as her only objective is to hold a degree. Adam and Katrina drifted further into their world. Adam turned pale when a new Malaysian student, Nur was introduced to him. Katrina was bewildered watching Adam. It was not Nur Amina. Guilty conscience haunted Adam and he started to drink to forget it. Nur’s convocation nears, and she realised it’s time to tell her parents the whole truth. Aidil was invited to give a speech at UIAM, and stumbled into Nur who tried to run away. Nur felt ashamed with Aidil, for what happened. Aidil convinced the truth is kept and he did it as an act of responsibility. Nur asked about Adam. Aidil said, Adam didn’t send any news, and he sent only good news through e-mails to Mother, as if it was from Adam and Nur. Since then, they continue corresponding by letters which brought them closer.
