Nur spent her time with the kids at the mosque. One day, Aidil saw Nur crying, tears falling down her cheeks. Aliya went to Adam. She reminded him that she gave her consent…Aidil approached Nur telling her he’s willing to take care of her. Bewildered, Nur shook her head gently. Nur didn’t want to be in between Aidil and Aliya, so she left for KL. Aidil and Aliya sent her to the railway station. When the train stopped, a bearded guy went down. Nur, Aidil and Aliya didn’t notice his arrival. Nur bowed and shook hands with Aidil and Aliya. Nur’s scarf blown by the wind and she went aboard the train. In the train, Nur was looking outside. Adam came beside her and greeted salaam. Nur was surprised, looked at him, thankful and praised Allah. She knew that Adam will return to her. They hugged.

Aliya approached Nur and told her that she permits Aidil to marry Nur if that’s their fate. Nur shook her head affirming her love’s only for Adam for eternity. Nur e-mailed Adam everyday. She’d told Adam her life’s experience just like what Adam did before. Even though she tried to be jovial in her emails, she’ll break down in tears after writing them. In Mumbai, Adam cried too reading his emails in Mumbai. Adam’s all hairy now, keeping his moustache and beard. His friend asked don’t you want to go back home? Adam said, for the first time in his life, he wants to sacrifice for his brother. All his life, Aidil has sacrificed everything for him, but now he wants Aidil to be happy. Sarah who noticed
that her sister wrote to Adam everyday felt so guilty. Without Nur knowing, Sarah started writing to Adam.

6 months later, Nur and Mother praying together for Adam. Mother was worried about her how long she could endure living alone like this? Nur said, “Adam waited long for me, Mother, and I’ll wait for him forever”. Aidil’s feeling lost, losing Adam and Aliya. Nur persuaded him to meet Aliya. Aidil met Aliya. He’s willing to let her go if that’s what she
wants. Aliya was sad, asking whether that’s what he wanted all along. Aidil is confused. Aliya said she knows that Nur’s all alone now maybe Aidil wants to marry her. Aidil denied and told her what happened, and so did Aliya. They finally realized that it was all Sarah’s deed. Aliya and Aidil were back together. When Aidil sat, talking to his mother, both looked at Nur who was smiling sadly. Mother asked him, if it’s destiny that Adam died, is he willing to marry Nur? Aliya overheard the question. Aidil replied, he couldn’t bear dividing his love. Aliya was touched. She looked at Nur.

Aidil found Aliya has gone back to her parents’ house. He tried to meet Aliya, but she wanted to be alone. Sarah poisoned Aidil’s mind that Aliya missed the lavishness that her parents pampered her with. Aidil conceded and heartbroken, knowing that he could never satisfy his wife. He went to meet Adam who was not that symphathetic. Adam asked if Aidil was sincere in his love for Aliya. Aidil felt humiliated when asked as such. Nur also noticed that Adam is avoiding her. Adam got a job in Mumbai, before leaving he apologized to Aidil for all the misdeeds he’d done. After Adam left, Nur was shocked upon watching news when it showed Mumbai was attacked by terrorist, and Adam’s
hotel was invaded. Trembling, Nur called Aidil. They failed to get any confirmation from Wisma Putra. Mother never stopped praying for Adam’s safety. Nur decided to go there, upon receiving news that Adam was in his room during the attack. However his body was not found and has been classified as missing.

Sarah’s getting busier poisoning Aliya’s mind. She plots to make Aliya see the intimacy between Aidil and Nur herself. She told Nur, according to Aliya, Aidil still has feelings for her thus making their relationship falling apart. In disbelief, Nur asked to meet Aidil to clarify. Nur asked if he has feelings for her more than he should. Aidil confessed yes he did loved Nur once. Unknowingly, Sarah brought Aliya along to overhear their conversation. Aliya’s face turned pale. And unexpectedly, Adam overheard the conversation too. Aidil added, Nur is a perfect woman whom he thought he’ll be
married to but he is contented to sacrifice for Adam, letting go of the woman he loves for his younger brother. Aliya couldn’t listen anymore, so she left. Adam choked listening to his brother’s confession and left too. Aidil continued that’s from the past which he had forgotten. Nur’s fate with Adam, and him with Aliya is all written. Nur was relieved to hear Aidil’s explanation. Sarah smiled alone.

Aidil replied that was in the past there’s no other woman in his heart after meeting Aliya. Aliya still wasn’t sure. Aidil tried to convince Aliya but their relationship is drawing apart. Adam told Nur that he’s letting go of Katrina. Nur persuaded him not to but to be patient. When they perform the Subuh prayers together, Katrina collapsed. They tried to save her but it was too late, she died of brain aneurism. Everyone were shocked, she didn’t show any symptoms at all. Adam, Nur and family visited Katrina’s grave. As if she had forseen her death, Katrina had left a letter for Adam and Nur, to be happy together and not to forget that the true light of love is actually the Love for God.

Adam, Kat and Nur learned to live together under the same roof. Kat felt as if she’s in the way of Adam’s and Nur’s happiness together and always give way. Adam tried to act fair and just but he’s in a deadlock, and shared his problems with Aidil. He felt that the best way out is to divorce Katrina, his sense of responsibility deepens. He should be guiding his wife, instead of letting her go and find her own way. Aidil said, he should listen to his own heart. Aidil and Aliya were living happily even though sometime Aidil is worried that Aliya couldn’t blend in but to Aliya, home is where her husband is no matter where he’ll be. Sarah tried to break them up telling Aliya that Aidil actually loves Nur. Aliya was shocked. Shamelessly Sarah said, Aidil actually should have married Nur, but upon the late Haji Hassan’s final request, Adam got married to Nur instead but his love for Nur never fades. Aliya was struck with jealousy. She asked Aidil to confess.

Adam and Nur, surprised by Katrina’s presence and her new hijab appearance. After she left Adam, she went to her wayward lifestyle, partying every night, changing partners, getting drunk. In Jakarta, she met a lady who got her closer to Islam. Adam blamed himself for his failure to guide Katrina. Nur asked Katrina to stay with them for the time being. Mother asked Nur and Adam who Katrina was. Nur tried to evade the question but Adam didn’t want to lie to his mother anymore. Mother was shocked of the truth. Adam now in dilemma as he feels guilty to Katrina. Adam’s willing to take her back, with the consent from Nur. Katrina said she doesn’t want to take Adam from her, but to share the love of a husband. Nur nodded and embraced her. Katrina said, Nur’s heart is so noble, and prayed Allah protects her always.

The atmosphere was noisy filled with laughter from the villagers who’s making the wedding preparation. Adam and Nur were teased for being so closed, romantically together. Nur was trying to console Sarah who’s frustrated because Aidil is getting married to somebody else. Nur said it is God’s will. Sarah said Aidil chose Aliya because she’s from a wealthy family. Nur scolded Sarah. Nur congratulated Aidil and he wished all the happiness for Nur and Adam. Nur wishes to meet Aliya soon. According to Aidil, Aliya accepts him as he is. Sarah advised Nur to be careful not to be hurt again by Adam but Nur is more confident with her decision, that Adam is the best choice for her. They looked at each other and smiled. The wedding ceremony was pleasant… but then came an uninvited guest…Katrina.

A year later, Adam has set up his own architect firm specializes in Islamic Architecture. He was surprised with a visit from Nur Amina. He asked if she was back for good and found the happiness she’s been searching for. Nur nodded. She asked why he stopped writing. Adam thought Nur never read his e-mails. Nur said she read every single one. Adam invited Nur to join him to meet his family for Aidil’s wedding. She accepted and Adam realised she just arrived from the airport. Adam and Nur reconciled, Aidil was happy of their reunion. Adam grateful of his brother’s sacrifices. Adam and Nur spent their first true night together that night.
